Windows 10 seems to be a problem. Sometimes it syncs and other times it can't find the device. Frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The app used to work better before the last update. Now the background sync doesn't work and the live tile doesn't update. Please fix, I'm using a Charge HR on an up to date Lumia 950xl.

Fitbit is a hit and miss tool. I have been wearing my fitbit continuously and it has recorded nothing for the last 11 days. The last day recorded was July 2nd and today is the 13th?? piece of junk!

In the initial Windows 10 versions the app ran just fine; for the past 2 Windows updates the app crashes within 1 second of attempting to open. I've found nothing of support on either the Fitbit or Microsoft websites. :-(

Synch issues for the last few months, even troublesome. after several bug fixes, Read the forums and it seems like all platforms are troublesome. Using the USB Dongle in Legacy mode and it's working with limitations. The Dongle does not connect to my phones. Works on a Windows Laptop. Next purchase will be a $20 Chinese knockoff on a $30 Android tablet. I;m spending more time trying to get it to work instead of using it as I intended. Tech Support is useless. They tell everyone the same story. They will never admit that they have an issue, but they will certainly imply that you are using it incorrectly. I'm an IT professional and don't have issues with tech that works as designed. So far three updates since the main synch issues began. Not fixed yet. Just installed another update (Bug Fix) Not buying any more Fitbit labelled stuff. I'd rather try the cheap Chinese stuff, or is that what I got with Fit Bit? It's not worth the money. I'll try the cheap crap. Less of a let down!

I have deleted android app now using windows 10 app its much better and whenever I get back to my work it syncs automatically

Almost impossible to get it to sync to phone or laptop. Then it does show the steps about half the time, there is no option to show steps, then it may suddenly show steps, then they go away again. Fitbit acknowledged they are aware of the problem.

This review is for the Fitbit Windows app 2.23.1143
The app looks and works great. It even shows a little picture of my Fitbit device. It syncs seamlessly with my Surge and Blaze presents all the challenges and allows me to input and review all the metrics that Fitbit tracks very easily. The app is very responsive, I can't recall any instance in which it has crashed and certainly does the job it's supposed to do. The app does not bind well with Windows 15223, but those issues seem to have been resolved with the windows insider build 15228.

This is a great Idea, it helps you become conscious of our health efforts, without it being burdensome or requiring any more than just wearing your FITBIT, its great.

Fitbit brings it all together - how many calories I'm burning, how much food (fuel) I'm consuming, the rate my heart is beating, and I can connect with friends! Loving it!

Does not support notifications to a Fitbit Blaze from Lumia 735 running Windows 10 Mobile. Otherwise a four or even a five star app.

Like it reminds me to get in 250 steps before the hour. Won't stay connected to my laptop via Bluetooth (Windows 10). Irritating to try to sleep in. Tired of uninstalling and reinstalling it!!!!!

Keeps track of my sleep, steps, floors, etc. Was not handling it on my own so needed help. Old age causes some problems!

So, while I'm not excited about having to give up my Band and the ability to have all the features I gained from it and a Windows Phone, I am happy Fitbit made themselves compatible with WP. This phone app is slightly limited, since no one wants to give any support to WP users. However, in combination with the Windows 10 computer app, this works well. I'd give it 5 stars, if they would make the audio control and text messages work with the Fitbit.

Update: Fitbit's response was to send a dongle. Which requires a USB port, sure I want to waste one when I've got a perfectly functional internal Bluetooth device that pairs with every other device. And to top it off I have to turn off my functional Bluetooth to use the waste of space dongle.
Won't sync on Win10 phone, won't pair with Win10 PC. Had intermittent issues with Android syncing. Device and app shoddy.
Have a support ticket out, 2 day response time quoted. Wow?!?
Why can't I, at least, data sync with the charging cable? I have days of utterly useless data. Thanks for nothing Fitbit.

I like how it tracks steps, length of walk, calories burned, sleep, etc. I wish I could answer some of the questions for the information blurb either yes or no instead of like or dislike. Another problem I have is having to re-pair my laptop and device every other time. My sleep insight will only do classic after doing the new insights. That was disappointing, even though I did all the suggestions for fixes.
