i can't play the game

I love that it allows me to play my music in the background, and it does it without constantly crashing like certain other music apps. What I don't really like, & why I removed a star, is the interface. It feels like I'm on a website, and not an Xbox One app. BUT, it works, and it works great!

It lets me easily go through files i have and even play videos/look at pictures.

I downloaded it and all of my files I linked this to won't open or extract at all, is there any way I can fix this program or uninstall and replace it back to normal again?
