This application doesn't work, plain and simple. Going from a tool that works to this is extremely unfortunate. Plan on spending your day trying to get it to work right, and that's before you even learn how to use it. One star is just too many for this hot stinking pile of filth.

cumbersome- slow- its a free product that Hewlett Packard chose because its free- and HP is cheap- and it only makes more work for techs in the filed- its BS

Slow, difficult to find information, no way provided by app to print case information. A Company would be foolish to use this product.

This is the worst app I've ever seen for Field Service. Everything takes way too long and is way too many steps to get anything accomplished. This app is wasting way too much of my time.

Like? NOTHING! Dislike? EVERYTHING about it. 5 minute syncs. Have to go to multiple windows just to mark a WO complete. No notifications to ANYONE that I have closed and completed. Horrible piece of software.

Very slow, nothing is easy to find, cannot look up info without going thru 10 steps, waste of time.

Way too complicated, locks, crashes, syncs forever, so many issues, complete garbage app. It's so bad, it's borderline masochistic to use this app.

I would rate this lower than one star if I could. This app crashes constantly. Will not sync quickly (count on 5 minutes at least for a single sync). In addition it is EXTREMELY difficult to see what work orders you have if they don't fall into the standard views. Virtually every bit of useful information is buried within each work order. 1 Example: You must drill down and down just to get the descriptions of parts that were ordered against a work order. Not very useful when you just need to know what parts have been ordered or need a list of all of the tracking #s while standing at UPS.
