I can't get it to connect to the camera via wifi.

Now it does not start minimized and there is no way to change that through a setting.

I am sorry Eyefi sold this to this dame outfit. Apparently they don't know what to do or have proper coding.

It's as if the engineers never tested this. It's like a slug - it takes forever for the icons to reload. I have to keep shutting it down and restarting.

I used to take pictures 2 years ago, and now retaking pictures and uploading the photos. this application is so bad. At the start it uploads your phones whole pictures to a cloud without any kind of option that lets you decline. I tried searching in the settings but there isn't an option to stop it. So I deleted the app, logged on it through my pc and deleted any uploaded photos, and that was ****, because you can't select them all and delete them at once. it took me so much time. Just what kind of develpor makes a thing that's supposed to be simple card to phone, into adding a cloud, so you have to upload and download through something you don't need just to milk extra money. they turned a wonderful card into a worthless hassle, I won't be using my card anymore buying a regular memory card, Good riddance. Update: other cards are much cheaper and bigger in size.

The old card worked better. Can't get it to work on my IPhone at all and the desktop version wanted me to go to settings for my windows phone. This is not easy to use and seems to be a complete waste of money so far.

This doesn't even look like it works for desktop. During setup, it asks you to connect your Windows PHONE to a specific WiFi network. I'm afraid to use the app for my phone now because I don't want my large RAW files using up all that memory. I already have a camera that saves to my phone's storage... it's my phone.

A significant step backwards from the Eyefi version. Doesn't work and no way to solve problems. It's almost as if Eyefi's new owners are deliberately trying to kill off the product.

Well this works , the EYEFI card works but as a geezer , it took awhile to do 2 stupid things . HEY RICOH you fail ,, do to lack of instructions !!!! First point ..... I am using a windows 10 PC Second.......... there are really no instructions Three ........... I am a geezer 1 .... make sure your wifi in windows 10 is set up properly 2..... Download the app 3.... Open App 4..... Put eyefi card in your camera , turn camera on scroll thru camera menu and turn on the card thru the the camera , I set mine to auto . Had no Idea you had to do this . 5.... Make sure your router is discoverable or will discover the card . Now follow the app on screen instructions . It works . HOPE this helps some one .

After about five hours I managed to get the Keenai app open and connect to the card's wireless network. That's it. No pictures transferred and nothing of use in the "Help" files, probably because they don't seem to relate to this app at all. Having made a good living setting up and running corporate networks, including wireless, I can't believe the amount of time I have wasted on a hopeless app and a stupid square inch of plastic. Give a zero star option please.

I been using a mac book pro for a while with this eyefi pro card now I'm using a surface 3 and the picture downloads are slow slow slow on mac their fast what's up with the speed difference

Absolutely worthless. Cannot get app or desktop program to run or transfer photos. EyeFi is the worst!

Buggy. Some actions resulted in the application simply closing. Some actions resulted in no being able to open a photo from the thumbnail strip requiring one to close and re-open the app. You can download (save) to your PC only one photo at a time. No rudimentary photo editor included.

The support for this card is bizarrely incorrect. They have very complicated and detailed instructions on how to configure the card, except that none of what they reference is correct. There are NOT "Two tabs" like they reference,; doesn't exist. ALL the instructions are absurdly wrong. Don't waste your time.

had better luck with earlier version and I have had zero luck trying to get customer service!!

This is a horrible app and product. I used the previous cards and they worked fine, but this one does not download, even though I followed all the instructions. This is a horrible product. I spent $100 on this junk and it does not work. Wish I could give it a zero. Horrible.

Works great on my iPhone 5s but not on my Surface Pro 4.

It doesn't work. Tech support is useless. I see it connect and attempt transfers but the never go through. On the hand the Android app works on my Kindle. I don't need it on my Kindle. I worked with official and unofficial tech support and there solution was to send me 2 new cards. I haven't received them yet so can't report on whether it is the cards. But I sincerely doubt it's the cards because of the fact I have 2 cards and I get the same issue with both cards.s

www.eyefi.com/download?m Follow that link for the correct app. Eyefi support sent me that link after I poked around the internet for hours trying to figure out what was wrong. Allegedly Eyefi is getting a hold of windows to fix this. The app from that link works beautifully and has more functionality. It just seems these tech companies are getting too big for their britches and simple mistakes like this go unsolved for who knows how long.

Completely useless, at least the desktop worked.

This app is garbage

I wish I could give it a zero - followed directions..it just crashes - it showed my pics on my camera once for about 15 seconds , never gave me a chance to move them to my pc - I am sure the card works great, but not with this app so it is of no use to me.

The phone is Windows Lumia 640. The camera is the Nikon D7000 (DSLR). Memory card is the Mobi class 10 8 GB card. The app is pretty amazing but it does not load the photo quality as great as a computer. Once I close the app I have to clear it in my background app or when I open it again it crashes the app or the phone. It's slow but it gets the job done. I wouldn't recommend it if you're impatient or want the best of quality.

I have windows 10, it does not work. I have a android phone an it is very slow to connect. If the service or device will not work properly for your device, Say it will not work with these devices.
