It won't connect to the game. Whenever I press "Start Game" the game loads and says I don't have internet connection even though I'm sitting next to my wifi service. Please fix this and I'll change stars

I was so hyped actually to play this game, but after I get to choose my race it keeps on loading your base and I know your base can't be that big in the beginning xD please fix for a better rate.
