Directors Desk
Directors Desk is a comprehensive board portal solution designed to improve board communications and effectiveness while relieving corporate executives of the paperwork and time involved in keeping boards informed. Directors Desk gives on-the-go Directors access to important and confidential board documents anytime, anywhere. A subscription to the Directors Desk online service is required in order to use this app.

Having just finished a board meeting using Directors' Desk I have a few suggestions. First is board material is often organized as an agenda and a set of supporting material. It would be great if there were a way to pin the agenda and click links to the supporting material. Now you have to use page numbers and it is more cumbersome. Second, the app bars are shown by swiping down (good) but they don't dismiss when one taps in the content. You have to swipe again to dismiss.

Great app... only complaint, allow ability to set timeout... seems to timeout very quickly and is not affected by use!
