You have to use a credit card even though I have plenty of money in my Microsoft acct. already.

Doesn't have options for store gift cards but has variety of card designs i can see how it can be convenient if you need a last minute gift.

The apps close on starting up. Cannot use anything. What a shame.

I send these regularly to people to spend on Xbox games.

I'm just trying to buy a game for my Grandson. It should not be this difficult. First I had to figure out which store was for apps -- Microsoft Store or Windows Store. I had to down load the gift card app onto my PC. I bought and sent a gift card to the Grandson. When he tried to redeem it, it errors out. Searched for solutions online. Lots of people with similar problems - no solutions. Contact MS billing support - they had me buy another gift card. This time a different error code when the Grandson tries to redeem it. Support says to wait 24's and try again.... The MS Product Manager for the store and gift cards really needs to take a look at the Apple App Store and then redesign this mess. Sort out your branding on the stores so that it is obvious which store is for buying what. Why should I need an app to give a gift card? Why should I need to buy a gift card at all vs. directly gifting an app like on the Apple App Store? This is just way too difficult.

I am currently traveling and tried to send my friend a gift via this app. However, the app shuts down immediately after opening (most likely due to my current ip address). I am very disappointed.
