I tried this app out despite its claim to need to pay once inside, and decided to try out the free trial to the full version. The app does NOT play DVD's. while highly irritating, this is basically a paid version of the Photos app that comes installed on windows 10. I'm very glad that I didn't have to pay the 14.99 for the full version before realizing that it didn't do what I needed it to.
