An okay app but it has several problems: If multiple people are in a photo only one person can be Santa-fied and then only their face is saved in the final photo. It's quite tricky to manipulate the different layers as the app tends to automatically switch to the layer it thinks you want. Pictures chosen from the camera roll for editing are saved back to the camera roll which is really wrong IMO.
