I have noticed that with gmail ID “A” I am able to install & run colornote on my desktop pc. Also able to synchronize with mobile. But when I install with another gmail ID “B” the colornote app opens & closes immediately. The above both gmail Ids “A” and “B” are working fine on my mobile devices and I am able to synchronize colornotes on multiple devices with both gmail Ids. I am not able to pinpoint what STOPS sync with gmail ID “B” ? Perhaps you may be able to help me with security settings or else with my gmail ID “B” Gmail ID “A” belongs to my wife and there is not much data on colornote. Gmail ID “B” belongs to me and I have huge data on my colornote. Kindly help me sync with PC.

I love this app on my phone and tablet. Unfortunately, ColorNote will not allow me to log into my account on the PC because it is not a Facebook or Google login. That makes the PC version worthless unless you want to manually duplicate everything you already have on your regular ColorNote. ColorNote support refuses to respond to multiple questions about this issue.

It works great on my Galaxy S7 and my LG tablet. But the Windows version opens by just showing the start up screen for a flash and than closes. The program will not run.

I absolutely loved this app so much. In the past I would have given this 5+ stars, it really helped me keep information organized. The reason I'm saying "loved" past tense is because I have not been able to access this app on my PC for several months now. I try every once in a while to no avail. After reading the other reviews it makes wonder doesn't this company care about their PC users. I don't an Android phone anymore, so all my information is lost to me. Thanks a lot!!! :(

I actually read Terms and Privacy Policies before I agree to them, and I've deleted apps without using them because they have required total and eternal use of personal information and content. However, until now, all of the companies have actually provided their conditions. The makers of ColorNote require acceptance of the statement "By clicking Sign Up, you agree to our Terms and that you have read our Privacy Policy" which isn't unusual, however the words "Terms" and "Policy" do not link to the terms and policy. They are written in blue and underlined, but they are not links. They go nowhere. Goodbye ColorNote. I'm not playing your game.
