After an update awhile ago, I was unable to use anymore construction sites for my city, I thought this was just a glitch and would be patched. Looks like the devs didn't fix it and another issue is that if I want to report something on their website. I have to remember what my code and number was? That's too much for a simple report. Don't get this game if you think its good, I might uninstall this game if the devs don't fix these things that make a game good. Good luck trying to find a good game out there guys

The game is decent enough, but I got banned a week for no reason after only playing 6 days. I get that there are real hackers out there who know how to steal in game coins and cash (that you pay real money for). But I didn't do any of those things (or know how). I know there are other innocents out there being banned also in their zeal to ban out real hackers. Seems like it is poor programming and security in the first place if the game is that easy to hack. I play on a Nokia 2025 Windows tablet which I have seen is not a supported device, but the game was playing fine on it. The customer service was really slow too and now a week later they still have not provided any reason. There are too many games out there to put up with this. I've moved on to another game already.

my account has been banned due to some false claims that I used hacks. I never use hacks in any game but I was banned because they say I used hacks. very, very disappointing.
