THIS ONE WORKS GREAT ALTHOUGH THE ONE FOR WINDOWS 10 NOT ONLY LOOKS AWFUL THE NEW ONE JUST SUCKS, STRAIGHT UP
I HAVE UNINSTALLED THE WIN10 VERSION AND REINSTALLED THIS VERSION ON 4-5 MACHINES SO FAR AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO AS LONG AS THE WINDOWS 8 VERSION DOMINATES THE WINDOWS 10 VERSION. AND IM RUNNING WINDOWS 10 ON ALL MY WORKSTATIONS, DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND JUST GET THIS VERSION OF THE APP NOT THE WIN10 ONE, OR WELL GET THE WIN 10 VERSION AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. SOMEONES PROGRAMMING JUST STRAIGHT UP SUCKS. BUT THEY GOT IT RIGHT WITH THIS ONE. WITH THE WIN8 VERSION TO SEARCH YOU DONT EVEN HAVE TO HIT ENTER AND IT PROVIDES COLOR AND DATES, THE WIN 10 DOES NOT,

For a week now, the application won't work. Right after opening, the application crashes. However, it stays on the taskbar as an open program. It has been a week since I reported it. I would not recommend this application and neither the competition, Dropbox, because both are useless now--same level.

This app works well at showing me the files and folders associated with the various projects in which I'm assigned. Unfortunately those folders/files are presented in a File Explorer "Tile" view which means any file name that's longer than 15-16 characters (IOW, all of them) show up as ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOP...docx There's no way to change to a list view or details view to see the full file name. There's also no hover and see the file name is a tool tip. If additional views are offered this tool will be very useful. The workaround is to use a web browser or sync the files locally. The former works well but I don't have the SSD space for the latter.

Great new update - now it crashes upon launch!!!! FIX IT PLEASE!

App was working great until the last update. Now the app won't even open. Really needing a quick fix!
Guess I'll go back to my Android version of Box.

Simply awful. Cannot drag-and-drop files on Windows 10. Filename truncation is irritating as ****. Cannot switch notifications for operations off. Uploading files with same name does not ask to replace or keep both. No different file view options.

It drives me insane that I can't select and save more than one file at time to my device(SP3). If there is a way to do this I can't find it.

This app has to be one of the best working apps for Windows RT, and I could probably put it in the top 5 if we exclude Microsoft made apps.
Only two glitches I have found:
1. File name truncation, as mentioned here by many other people
2. If you put the device to sleep while a file is open, it will not sync back to box, always gives an error. I think this might have something to due with RAM access and the way Windows RT resumes from sleep.
Other than that, wonderful app!! And thank you Box for supporting Windows apps!!

Used this successfully for a few years but could never really work out my storage level and problem this year is much worse. Have 50GB in account but deleting files and clearing trash never reduced storage. Currently have deleted everything but still recorded as having 32.7GB three months later. Really, there are better packages on offer - not sure now that there are many worse!
