Sent two help request for bonus freezing before awarding. No help and no bonuses. Graphics are tight, but who cares about cool graphics if the game does not work right.

This game is constantly freezing up every time, after you play a bonus round and it fails to give you your bonuses.

I like the concept and the pay tables. However, the bonus round screws you up - it tells you to push coins over the edge, but there is no way to do it, not with a mouse, not with a touch screen. There is no instruction to tell you how to maneuver the bonus round. At the end of it, it freezes up, and the only way out is to close out the game and reload. Good concept, just seriously screwed up.

When you go into the bonus round and pick a card the return to game loading screen freezes and it never goes to back to the game so you can continue to play. there is no refresh option so you must close the game then open it again to continue to play. Bummer

I love the game but lately it's malfuncting. It does not register winnings from bonus rounds.

I do not like the bonus games - the items that you are supposed to split, don't. Too frustrating to be fun.

Plays well except for bonus rounds. Upon completion of Bonus round, game freezes and doesn't return to the regular game play. When you re-open, the points won in the bonus round are not credited to the game score. Am reinstalling to see if it will fix it.
