I have liked Adobe and have used Adobe since the early 90's and will continue to use it as long as it remains as user friendly and keeps it's high level of customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work Adobe!!!

I just downloaded 31.3GB, 16,636 original high-resolution images, from my REVEL account using this application. I found it existed just last night. REVEL staff members never told me about me of this application which is compatible with PCs . I always wanted to recover my original images from REVEL after it had synced with my PSE 13, maybe it was PSE 12, it has been a while. REVEL staff has informed me on different occasions that REVEL was not designed first to work with a PC, it had not been. That as of late, that no changes have been made as of late to allow it to work with PCs. That I could only download one image at a time with a PC. As of late a different REVEL staff provided directions on how to use REVEL on a Windows OS (she called it an application, Not) to down load images. I followed her instructions, I was using REVEL in a web browser, it did not work. Turns out the staff member described how to use this app though though she called it a browser.
