7 minute

The 7 minutes workout is based on HICT (high intensity circuit training) has been proved the most "safe, effective, and efficient" way to improve your muscles and health. It only takes you about 7 minutes, which consists of 13 exercises . Each exercise is to be taken 30 seconds with 10 seconds intervals between exercises. All you need is just a chair and a wall. Repeat 2-3circuits according to your time.

I cannot believe how fantastic this site. Where have you been all my life. I am 66 years young. My heart doctor all for me to increase my activities because he feels that since my open heart surgery in 2005, two months after hurricane Katrina to be precise. I lived in St. Bernard. I did evacuate to Albany, LA. I lost everything. I often say Hurricane Katrina saved my life because I would have never survived Katrina had I not, with my absolute good friend told me "You have got to come with us...after all who will help me with Katie." Katie was my friend's 14 year old poodle. Both Audrey and Katie have died since we evacuated. I am sorry to ramble but it is just like coming across this great site. I believe everything happens for a reason we don't know why or understand why Hurricane Katrina was so traumatizing but good things have happened, life changing events occurred. Thanks again for such a great site. I will keep you informed of my progress. Thank you! Thank you!
