Enhancement ideas follow, but first ... This is a very good app as is, and it could be great, with a few more enhancements. 1) Allow to user to override the actual rep count upon completion of the entire set. 2) If user presses "redo" have the system create a new entry for the week. E.g. I'd like to redo Week 6, Day 3 several times. Would like to see a new line item added, w/correct date and new total count. 3) Somehow, when I hit redo then went back to the app (without seeing any change), I lost all of my history back to week 1, day 2. Could easily be user error, but then I'm stuck with 5 weeks of the same date as I check them off.

A good building block to a serious workout regimen. Food tips are pretty standard but are good if you haven't been on a real workout plan before. I have been lax in my previous workout routine and with this, I've been feeling the burn.

After week two the amount of reps seem to be unreal. But I'm just gonna keep going.
