Bought this for a Finance class. It worked great for about 3-4 weeks. But now it constantly locks up or there is significant delay in the app's response time to your inputs. I'm about ready to trash this and just buy a physical calculator.

This app is outstanding!!! The appearance is wonderful as it looks cool & clean. Most importantly, the app functions perfectly as the calculations are fast and accurate. In certain respects, this app is even better than the real calculator. For instance, the amortization chart on this app shows much more information than the real calculator & is much easier to use as well. Additionally, the ability to calculate uneven cash flows is MUCH easier with this app than the real calculator. Finally, the ability to see the cash flow diagram is an awesome addition that makes the flow of money very easy to visualize. I highly recommend this app!!

I use this calculator almost every day in my investing and due diligence. I love the I can email amortization schedules to people, see graphs, and actually see the inputs at the top of the screen so I don't have to hold so much info in my head! I use it on my ipad and iPhone. Now I can also use it on my big screen desktop! So excited.
