I'm a girl in late 30s. While I could not get through all 6 weeks (became too hard), I was able to juice 40 times in 1 rep after 4-5 weeks. Plus my abs became better. Now going on round 2 😊

I can keep up, that alone gets 5 stars. Great app. You will be able to stay on course and get nice arms.
