I have only been able to view about 1% of the people in my tree. I have found no use for the app whatsoever. It seems incomplete. It's aesthetically pleasing, but exceedingly limited.

wiped out my Family tree 2014. Doesn't allow me access to most of my data.

This new version has some pluses but the minus is a pain. Hard to move from one family to another. Hard to attach information. Perhaps an information guide is available for the updates? I have been a member for over ten years and I am not novice at this.

I didn't know it was going to renew without my permission which sucks because I had to borrow the money to put in my account to pay for this renewal. maybe you should let people know before you do the renewal

There is no ability to display in tree form - its just a list of people in my tree without showing how they are connected. Plus although the count is correct for the number of people in my tree, only a small portion of them are displayed and can be searched for. Complete waste of time. Uninstalled it.

I love hints and searches but I don't like how hard it is to clean up and change things. I also don't like how my ipad, iPhone, and desktop computer are not synced to the changes I make. They all have the app but its different on all three. I use the iPhone app the most as I can do it anywhere. I would like it to update on all devices please.

I had Ancestry ever since it came out, but this change they made messed it up. some of the changes are good I must say. But moving around is real bad. photos to people are hard to put on...its just the general format of the thing. I am going back to using a paper grafts.
