by adding the "drawn region" feature that is auto enabled when searching a city and auto limits the search to the city borders.

A bit clunky, took a while for my filters to load. Once you get the hang of using it, it's good enough. I had a major problem two or three times - I would be looking at one property & click View Details & it would pull up an entirely different property. When it did this there was no way to get it 'unstuck' so I never got to see the details of the property I was actually trying to look at. Also - needs the ability to sort your search results.

You can look up properties anywhere, values and prices. Realtors hate this, but say, you're telling me of properties I didn't know anything about!. Bad thing, apparently the Zillow app is no longer available to download. Dell/Microsoft 10/Store, it does not exist for friends to use also.

pretty good, but the multiple listing service has multiple homes with defective photos, a lot are upside down, or sideways, or duplicate photos on each room in the house, they need to monitor the photos they put on this web site

Wish there was a good app for Win phone.

Overall, it's a pretty nice app. However, there are a few very annoying flaws. First, I have a very high pixel density screen, and nothing seems to scale correctly. All of the icons are very very small and hard to read. Second, you can't get all of the information from the app. When you click 'more info' it takes you to the site which is a bit disappointing.

Like so many half-baked Windows Store Apps, this app could be better. If you want more details for a listing, it must open your web browser. Overall, the app is slow.
