Is this app compatible with Windows 10? Can't get it to install just sits there pending.

No matter what I tried to do to correct the location for this app. It kept placing me two towns and 10 miles to the west of were I am really located. If it can't get my location correct, what does that say about the rest of this app? I'm deleting this app as soon as I can do so, and going with an app that actually works.

Simple interface, needs to be updated to the modern UI/UX of Windows Phone apps. Lack of setting options. No weather notifications. No live tile.
