It is a very sweet software. It is fast and efficient but it would be better to add a few things like Playing music in the background , Custom hotkeys , advance video options etc. So please add these options to the program.

thanku so much for providing such an eligible software media player ......sometimes shows errors but most of the time it is available and not to worry regarding its working because we all know that a coin has two sides one is flawless and the other is negative

it appears to be like the VLC/videolan player but it's completely reskinned. The cursor disappears / acts weird when this app is open. Video driver seems to "restart" when app is open.

This particular bug is troubling me a lot. I watch a movie, lock my laptop to go out for some work and when I come back and unlock my laptop I find the app has closed! I have to reopen it and play my video and I have to find from where I have to watch.

This app is beautiful don't get me wrong, It looks very clean and simple which I absolutely love! The ONLY downside to this app is it won't minimize into the start menu bar which kind of is annoying because I'd like to keep it running but not on screen. Other than that this app would get a 5/5.

the DOS version is way better it plays most of the videos with no problems. encountered problems with this version from lagging to not playing a simple video or no sound at all. tried it on 3 windows systems and end up with the same results. the user interface is just as bad. you always have to open the menu to get access to the command bar. very disappointed.

First, it does crash a bit. Not sure why, but it will. Usually when I try to go back after watching a video. Second, some of the Keyboard shortcuts don't work, when Playing a video. I have to manually clock it. This includes Subs and Audio Tracks. PLEASE FIX. Other than that. Solid App so far.

This app is not nearly as useful as the original. Yes, the playback of various codecs are there but so many features are missing and the program isn't quite as stable. While the video may play the interface can become nonresponsive. Great looks and codec support but still needs the full functionality of the original to be a contender. Keep up the work and I look forward to this becoming an excellent VLC version.

PCs ,laptops which are running on windows(not RT) should install .exe file as it runs smoothly. One request for Devs pls add option to sync subtitle.

Why is it so difficult to make a decent media player? I have over 500 movies and episodes, and I can't have the Video section display the folders they're organized in, leaving me to scroll down a mile long list to find what I want. And when I do... VLC can't play the format - a typical, ordinary MP4 that every other player plays fine. The Files tab displays folders, but I can't default the UI to the video section of the Files tab, and the icons for files and folders are so similar (solid orange) that telling them apart is difficult. There's fancy UI animations, light and dark themes, yet the two functions the app is centered around - cataloging media and playing it, it totally fails at.

Literally the only good thing about this app is that its interface is usable with a touch screen. It's otherwise utterly unlike regular VLC, the top bar doesn't disappear when you go full screen, it's got a completely unnecessary library system that will automatically scan for things with no way to stop or prevent the scan, and the basic touch controls are available in regular VLC

I like it plays most videos but often when I close one vid clip and try to play another It will not play anything and the only way to correct is to uninstall and reinstall.

This app is built by pros. My only gripe is the lack of HELP files. Even a hover popup would be good. It also does not shuffle up the playlist very well, if we had some help or FAQ it would be easier to build a playlist. Fantastic Interface. It is better than the non store model.

I can open normal MKVs but x264 won't work properly.

I've used VLC player for years, never had issues always loved it. This app however inverts my pictures/videos zooms in awkwardly and doesn't let me change any of that. I just went online and downloaded normal VLC player and everything is amazing and great again. I don't know what this app is but it's insulting to VLC to have it share their name.
