Viewer4d first is a real-time 3d rendering engine to navigate in a scene (like in the games). It allows to integrate or to model 3d objects in a particular scene and apply textures, lighting, animations and many effects and in real time, directly in the scene while browsing. Necessary configuration: - Windows 10 - Graphic card D3D11 (Shader model 5)

Windows suggested this as a program that could handle DDS files, but it does not. I don't know if this is Windows' fault or what. Also, the program I downloaded was entirely in French. Not English or French as advertised. Still I suppose if you speak French and are looking for a quick 3D animator I'm sure this is a nice app, it's just not what I was looking for.
