I like the whole setup, operation and style.
I do not like the lack of backing up and transferring the history of calls with relevant attachments. It's a pity to lose the history every time we change smart phone, tablet or laptop.
Sync might probably be improved.

I first used Viber last year to stay in touch with family while traveling internationally. Viber to Viber are free calls. Now I talk with many friends through this app. Once in awhile, the reception or network is poor but overall the experiences have been excellent.
