The app is lacking and limited on the PC. Why bother when the browser version is so much more robust.

Not responding with windows 10

It is awesome that USAA has an app on Windows and Mobile, but it is really lacking in comparison to the iOS version. Needs work on stability and features. I also hope they add two-factor authentication when they start requiring it May 25, 2017. Please work on this!

Deposit crashes the app. As soon as the app calls for the camera it shuts off. Otherwise the app is sufficient.

Easy access to everything needed.

USAA is a great company. As I have with other banks & financial companies, thanks to USAA's support of Microsoft Windows mobile I am/will be doing 10s of 1,000s of $$$$ more business with them. I have been moving my accounts from companies that don't support Windows 10 mobile to Companies that do. Not a huge fortune, but one that will easily keep me from having to supplement my diet with dog biscuits in my old age. As is Win 10 desktop, Windows 10 mobile is the best Smartphone Operating System on the market. I much prefer using it over Apple or Droid.

site keeps going down on me, called usaa, screen is not like they described. can't log off to try and log back on

This is about the same as the other mobile apps. It only has about 70% of the features that USAA.com has, but it has everything you need on a day-to-day basis, and it takes a little of the hassle out of that, too. It even comes with a pretty little Live Tile to brighten up your Start menu.

USAA was supposed to be one of the first to support Windows Hello, but that has yet to materialize. No biometric login whatsoever. Get with the program! And also, why no Wallet support?

Thank you USAA for being considerate and having an app for those of us who prefer the Windows phone platform! This is an invaluable tool for me and is evidence that I made the right choice in choosing USAA.

This app is great. My only real complaint is that it's laid out like a mobile app, though even the iPhone app is a bit better. It's not nearly as useful as a Windows App on a PC. If they made it more "Desktop" like, it would get 5 stars.

Simple interface, easy to maneuver from account to acct. Like to see more calculators

There is no point in a live tile because it's just a blue square that doesn't even display the logo. This is a completely pointless tile, that I have to hover over to even see what it is and it's faster to just go to the website.

Too many disclaimers & legal references to use with confidence. Uninstalling.

I'm very thankful USAA has devoted time and energy to such a quality W10Mm app. Excellent, stable, and convenient.

Login is spotty...if you really need to it doesn't work.

When logging into several liks in the app, such as the services link or urgent email/document. The app ask for the pin, which give, then all it does is spin, never loads. Called Tech Service, advised to uninstall and reinstall due to a recent upgrade, still does it. So it is good for the most part, but will uninstall.

This is the best company for support period. Not only for you personally, but in general, no other Company offers the great pricing; bank, auto insurance, medical insurance, etc. and has their application everywhere.

This thing was supposed to have Windows Hello support months ago, what happened?

The app crashes every time I try to open it.

App seems at face value to be just as functional as the android version. No problems to speak of. Well designed clean interface. Would love to see USAA support Microsoft Wallet though. Good job.
