I hate having to reinstall it to get it to work every time I use it. I am a producer and frequently convert from wav to mp3. The only way I can get it to work after a restart is reinstalling the program which is annoying. Once this problem is fixed, I will give it a 5 star review.

App is not working at the execution of either video conversion or audio conversion. Showing status 0% even after 30min. I am not getting idea what the app is doing. Please fix the problem... Thank You!

Positive mainly several minor drawbacks:
Limited transcoder formats
An explanation of features would be helpful.
Seems relatively slow on large hi resolution files --is there a better approach )have lost of memory and powerful processor)

It’s intuitive and easy to convert (I’ve only done audio). The biggest drawback is that it doesn’t recursively convert source folders and replicate the source folder hierarchy in the target, e.g. for multiple albums by one artist, you have to do each album (folder) separately. A small complaint is that it doesn’t allow for finer bitrate and type conversion. It would be nice if I could select VBR or a specific bitrate for destination file instead of “high, medium, low”.

You have no better alternative on the Windows Store. Great UI. Could use more source format options, but otherwise great.

I bought this product thinking I would beable to convert video files to mp4, but there is not an option for this. This app is therefore not really usable for me.

I purchased this to convert MOV files to MP4, the description leads one to believe it can convert MOV files to MP4 but it does not.

If I get this to work I'd give give stars otherwise as of now, when I tap transcode, the blue circles will twirl but after five minutes there's still no progress on the progress bar and I'm only trying to transcode a 6 second voice recording to test this out for a home video production... So yea, I paid for this...
