I choose to download ticket to my phone. And thanks to this app, I lost £24 more because it doesn't support windows phone.

Please fix the costly design error. I booked my trains while in Italy, only to find that the app had applied British times while displaying European times, my booking confirmation showed that my journeys had been registered for one hour before the intended time.

I agree with most, the app offered it's very basic compared to other operating systems offerings and would like it brought up to speed as I find the app useful to me.
