SO UNFAIR!!!!!!!

My Windows Phone won't upload or maybe the app won't let my Windows Phone use it, but either way I can't even play the game. I recently got a New windows phone. And try to re download it to the phone forever and didn't even download the app correctly☹

Can't install game, really? I had this game then uninstalled it to see if the glitches would stop now i can't install it on my phone! Pls, fix it such a great game! Pls!

I too have a windows phone, I have been playing this game for almost 2 years and have spent real money on it. Not only does Windows phone not get updates now, but I cant even start my game up anymore. It's been 2 weeks since I could log on. Very disappointed and won't be restarting this game on my new android

The updates have stopped for Windows phones! I think this is VERY unfair. I recently got a new device, and I am unable to transfer my game because of this. I was really far, too! I got to level 60. I think this is unfair, and I think updates should continue for Windows phones.

I only started it but so far it is amazing! The reason I give it three stars is because it only let me play the game once, and once I got out of it, it wouldn't let me back in, ever!

I don't like how I built such a great world and then couldn't switch devices and save my work. I went from a Windows phone to android and none of my stuff saved in the cloud. Then when I thought it was suddenly working and going to save in the cloud it saved a completely different game on my old windows phone overwriting the game I worked so hard on. I am so angry that I won't be playing anymore, buying the actual game and I'm going to uninstall this app on both phones. Get your cloud crap together.

lol! I uninstalled this game because i ran out of space. A day after uninstall, i received a notification that an app was updated. Clicked to see what is was and lo and behold! It's this frigging game i deleted a day ago. I click on the view button, the game isn't on my phone so it kicks me to start screen. Now, if i want to install this game in future, i won't be able to. Great job, Microsoft. There is another game that's stuck in the exact same limbo. I hope the venture of Windows Phone would be the doom of you.

EA didn't really do much and forget about Window phone users when updating any features for SIMS FreePlay. Now that they remembered, they deleted Window phone users !! Low blow EA

I love the game but it won't let me uninstall it. It also randomly shuts down at times. Drives me nuts. Also when I try to do the party boat mission thing, the houses font have what I need in order to complete the mission.

Great game. It's fun to play when I have nothing to do or I'm bored I just wish it was like Sims 2, 3, and 4 where for example 10 sim life minutes are really 10 real seconds
