Talking Ringtones Creator
The only app in Windows Store that can create talking ringtones from text!
Use it to create any kind of personalized ringtone you can think of.
You can set ringtones on a contact, and also on messages and notifications.
For example: "A new message from your girlfriend has arrived!" or "Your boss is calling!"
Supported languages for text to speech are: English (many versions), French, Spanish, Chinese, German, Italian and Japanese. (You can download languages in your phones settings)
You can also save the talking voice TTS as an audio file, send it as a MMS message , an email or share it to any app that can use audio files.
Use directspeak to make your phone talk as you type the text.
*note: to save ringtones you need to install the free app "Ringtone Saver" also created by us. It saves the ringtones automatically with no fuss or extra clicks. (this is done due to limitations in the OS from Microsoft) Ringtone Saver app can also set full-length songs as ringtones!

I hate how apps on the front are set up so as to be perfect and then when you actually get into it, you have to buy a bunch of apps to make the app you got, to work.

The app works great on my Lumia 950xl... But I would be well worth five stars if the volume of the ringtones could be raised.
