I like the game play a lot. It's fairly simple but still fun and can be challenging if you don't get it down perfectly. You have to time your swipe correctly but also have an option of top or back spin as well as aiming where on the table you'll hit. There is a training mode to increase stats and also a campaign mode. Additional features are character customization and different paddles and shoe options. Here is where the game is ruined. The customization options are really only there so you grind to unlock in game currency or spend real money to unlock them. The shoes and paddles do have different stats but I have yet to acquire so I don't know if they affect your game. Also, I don't know how much increasing your stats through training helps either. The way to gain in game currency us complete stages but there are countdowns til you can play matches which you can pay to skip. The training also takes energy which you gain over time or can pay to recoup with an energy drink.
