Really nice app. Wave sounds accompany clear yoga video and voice instruction. Three levels to choose from. I really enjoy this app.

This was my first introduction to yoga. I had gained 40 labs from a medication I was on. Got rid of the medication.. started level 1 20 mins every am for 2 weeks. Upped to twice a day for 3 days... after that ... 40 in am, 60 in the afternoon. Added a 20 min YouTube vide in the am, then only 20 of simply yoga. LEVEL 2 and. 60 level 1 in the afternoon.. 8 weeks later 30 pounds gone. Gave away my kindle to a friend, lost the app.. life happened, & massage school.. stopped working out.. got the full app on Microsoft last week (had trouble getting it 6 months ago. I'm heading back up to junkie status... MUST SIMPLY YOGA EVERYDAY... LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT

This app allows me to flow through a series of poses with a helpful video guide to make sure I am following the directions correctly. If left to my own devices, I would probably wander off halfway through the workout or cheat by not holding the poses as long as I'm supposed to, so this holds me accountable. A great way to cram in a quick exercise each day.
