I spent days trying to get this to work with Win 10 upgrade (32 bit). Support answered emails but offered no help. Due to the requirements of another program I moved to Windows 10 - 64 bit. Polarr now works fine, no more black screen. FYI.. 64 bit is a free upgrade, but you have to reinstall windows 10 and start over

i like this program since it allows me to use a lot of tools but at first I was a little confused in how to find the tourials again until I mess around with it but other than it really is useful app glad I found it
