Despite the fact that my login details are correct, this **** app keeps telling me my login information is invalid. What a pure load of bollox, can Paypal not make sure the apps work BEFORE they release them to the public?

I don't like that it does not work on Windows devices. The phone support was difficult to get through to an actual person and they basically had no advice for any of the problems I have encountered. Pay not my pal

So convenient with picking up payments on the go. and i don't always have to have the card on hand. I can punch the numbers in and fees are not high

Windows 10 has now been installed on over 500 million devices...the business world still functions primarily on Windows...but this app supports a tiny fraction of these devices and users. At my business, I have 3 desktops...2 HP and 1 Dell, an ASUS laptop and a Lumia 950 phone. As of this writing, the app doesn't work on a single one of them! According to PayPal's site, PayPal Here is only compatible on devices that are several years old. Why would it be compatible with antiquated devices but not the devices that people are actually buying and using today?? This makes no sense! Would love to have used this as my new, permanent POS system but PayPal's lack of support eliminates that possibility.

The app is easy and I love the mobility of this app while i am running my business. I would like more reports to show more insights on what sells the best, what my earnings are compared to my cost of goods and so on. Thanks Paypal for being awesome.

It's a shame the PayPal website doesn't even mention Windows 10. The highest they list is 8.1 and Surface Pro 3. Waste of $75 for the chip reader...

This works awesome on android, IOS, etc... However, with windows 10, for some reason, when you go to log in, make a sale, or do anything other than input items/descriptions/ring up a transaction... for some reason, it will disable your network (wifi) and you get an error message. I've looked through the programming... there is nothing to cause this. It seems to be a windows feature that is disabling the connection (defender maybe?). Just turn your wifi off and back on quickly. Still will not go through at all if you hit "cash" as a payment method.

Great, easy to use and fast! The only problem I've had was a customer was charged twice. First charge did not bring up the signature pad so I assumed transaction had failed. I processed it again by swiping the card a second time which brought up the signature pad that she signed. Called customer service to refund the one charge and was told signatures are not needed. I was surprised by that.* NOTE * ALWAYS CANCEL OUT A CHARGE IF UNSURE THE APP IS NOT LOADING UP THE PROPER STEPS.

It gives you access to your funds right away which blows some other merchant services right out of the water. I love that about it.
I just wish it would allow for customer information input prior to closing them out and not afterwards
