This is great as it allows me to park where and when I need to without worries of change. Good feature in that I can add time if necessary without going back to the meter.

Unreliable, slow, no partial hours available, have to log onto site when app down. Several times it has taken me longer to get into app/site to make payments than I needed to park.

Tried 3 times to create an account, all 3 time I got a message stating they ran into an error, had to start again. Uninstalled

Please update to a UWP version with all the features from the iOS/Android version so I can use it on my tablet. I rarely use a phone these days.

It's a great app for driving and parking in DC. Would be better if the account for a couple allowed separate text notifications of expiring meters rather than sending all notifications to the primary account holder.

Love the app when it works. Have occasionally had trouble with it. Don't go down in the underground parking at PCM before you use the app. No cell service down there.
