Paint.WinRT is a Universal Paint App that runs on any WinRT device such as Laptops, Surface, Tablets, and Windows Phone. Create your painting by adding your photos, pictures, drawings, and symbols. Arrange, size, and rotate the objects. Use your fingers or Stylus Pen or mouse to draw and edit your pictures, drawings and Text.

Maybe one of the best graphic apps in store, Paint.WinRT has many unique features. It can blend the canvas with a given backround color. Rotations are done with wheels. It can select areas within a picture. The only thing that is missing, is a better drawing tool (it is too rough), lines and arrows and the possibility to customize resolution. Otherwise it is perfect for collages.
