Difficult to choose a location different from where you are located. E.g. I live in NJ and I have to use the web version in order to reserve a table in NYC. Even going beyond my immediate catchment area is difficult and today it says that I have no network connection - just as I am providing this feedback being connected. The only time I was able to successful book using this application, was for a restaurant less than 5 miles from my home. Otherwise, it's been pretty useless.

App functions fairly well, although gives an error message in the reviews section. Also, I do not receive any points when I reserve at participating restaurants - have to use the website to get dining credit!

It doesn't work on Windows 10. Open Table works fine on my phone and iPad. Fix it.

This app cant decide if its for touch our mouse use. Some things are better done by touch others are impossible. Please update it.

It is missing what the mobile app has. Like the drilling down of cuisine and picking the price range the customer is looking for. It kind of is a let down from using the mobile app

My mobile app (Android) works great, however this app version is terrible. I can't find a "settings" button; it won't let me enter a restaurant name (although there is a box for that); and requires my location to select local restaurants even though I enter the area in the "Location" box. It keeps showing an old contact number I entered awhile ago and can't change it permanently to my new number. Have to change it manually each time I use the app. The design is very simple and lacks any quality appearances. Functionally inadequate.
