Purchased new Gateway touch with Pro System, app discovered a hidden virus and suggested use of "Power Eraser" to eliminate, and it crashed system, totally! No help from support. Had to purchase new OS. Advised support "would never again use nor recommend any Norton product. I would strongly advise against install.

Most people here are complaining that this app doesn't have any functionality. It gives a screenshot of info with no ability to do anything. But there are multitudes of 5 star reviews glowing about how great Norton is, and how to buy more Norton services. These comments are rated highly as "useful." This is obviously spam activity by Norton itself, yet Windows store does not police this behavior.

kept getting some kind of filter error and would not start. I am using 360. Deleted Studio from my machine.

Since trying both Symantec, and Norton, and 1 other I no longer even remember swear by Norton !! I spend just a little over $120 per year, and am not only protected from phishing, etc. but keeps my files backed up in 2 locations, which for an author is invaluable. This is what I'd expect from a Norton family product !! You won't regret this app :)

Well, it shows a dead billboard of the devices covered. No management capability. Why bother?

I run Norton scans almost every day and the info never shows up on Norton studio I have reported this serveral times and it just refers me to forum which does no help

Couldn't detect Norton on computer so limited to transferring you to the Norton web site where, despite telling you that you have signed in, forces you to sign in again to be able to do anything.

Renewal gave me a screen I don't like! One block tells me I'm at risk. the 2nd block tells me I'm secure. I can't run a quick scan. when I sign into my account it gives me instructions I cannot open on my computer. I am ready to cancel my service. This is not simple or efficient. Get it corrected or I am cancelling my service!!!!

called SERVICE # / THEY SAID I HAVE BEEN HACKET ;via Trojan ; Said they would fix $300. I said I would check for a Norton Opinion ! They immediately ! RAMSON # 888-455-1029 or 877-598-5346 /BEWARE NOT USA !

Following over a year of activation, I have a very good report to give regarding the Norton Studio of Symantec Inc. I recommend it & would certainly be retaining it if I wasn't being offered similar free coverage from a competitor included with my ongoing internet service.
