Recently, within the past thirty days, the app is saying for every video (live and replays) "Video unavailable at this time ." I have tried multiple cable providers. What changed? Used to be a decent app.

Tried to watch the NASCAR race and couldn't because the app wouldn't load the sign in page for Charter/Spectrum. Thanks a lot...

I dont understand how all other apps work (Fox Sports Go, ESPN, Sling, NETFLIX etc.) except this horrible app. It could have great potential but it freezes EVERYTIME after 10 seconds. Its 2017! Get with the times and fix your horrible app.

The app can be difficult on all devices but I've found it particularly difficult with Windows 10. Tried watching Stanley Cup games on the computer since a certain cable company doesn't allow you to watch it on their online tv while you're away from home. This app can be a "savior" or the most annoying thing ever. Was often the "savior" during the premier league season, usually. Not entirely sure how a network worth billions can't make a functional app. It's not my internet btw, I've had 6 devices running flawlessly with other video apps just as a test. Then turned off every device so that the one running this app was the only one on, freezes often and doesn't recover most of the time. (Just to make it clear where the issue lies). Would get a one star if I didn't manage to get it working on my tablet after an hour of trying.. End rant/review

App on every other platform has the English Premier League, but not on Xbox

buggy as hell, maybe unwatchable, constantly pauses and I know it's not my internet. Trying to watch F1 it routinely pops up a static image that says 'coverage will resume shortly' while the time/progress bar plods on, and trying to skip forward or backward is bad too, really bad. uninstalled.

The app installed without warnings on my Windows 8.1 computer and then wouldn't run. It turns out Windows 8.1 is not supported. It's OK to not support this (not really :-) ) but the app should be smart enough to recognize that it is a Windows 8.1 system, give a message up front and then not install it.

the screen is completely blank. unable to see whats needed or even login with my TV credentials

I tried to use this app to stream game 3 of the Stanley cup final for a bunch of friends. This thing couldn't buffer and keep the game on for more than 5 seconds before I had to close the app and retry. I have 1gbps internet so there is no issue on my end with bandwidth. Had to miss the whole first period as we rushed to a crowded bar so we could watch the game. Fix this pile of junk.

I downloaded this app to watch Stanley cup finals because NBC sports wasn't available at the bar I went to which had DISH satellite TV. It literally wasn't able to load ONCE in 5 attempts. Eventually I just decided I would watch the highlights the next day and resigned to enjoying my evening doing something else. Upon downloading the app it had an overall rating of 2 stars already. Not sure how a major broadcast group can fail so badly.

Need to subscribe to a television provider to use an internet connection to view. Why anyone would want to watch using internet when they already pay for a television provider for the same programing is beyond comprehension. Will be uninstalled post haste.

Use it to watch NHL games, sometimes I'll get ten minutes, maybe twenty before it locks up and needs to be restarted.

Must have for my devices. The surface pro 3 version won't even open. As soon as it tries, it closes and I end up back on my home screen. Fix, then e-mail me.

As others have said, since the Creators Update this app stops the video feed every time an ad is supposed to come on. Please fix!!!

Really upset that NBCSN no longer has live Premier League events in this app. Was fantastic with Olympic coverage, NHL, Golf, Premier League, etc. and then it was ruined by removing soccer live streams. Simply unacceptable that this happened NBCSN, while you allow this on iPad! 5 star app now down to 2.
