Comments for My USPS

Much nicer than using a browser to track packages and mail. The new "informed delivery" daily view of incoming mail is a very nice addition. Thanks, and keep up the improvements!

Simple, but effective. Thank you!

Basically it's a saved portal to MyUSPS. Handy to have around to quickly login and check my packages. However, it doesn't really do anything that the website doesn't already do. Wood be nice to see live tiles or device notifications.

Does not resize for mobile. Can't read anything. Made for desktop.

Add a hamburger menu on top to manage our address book and add Click-N-Ship and buying stamp and packing supplement too please

I can get my package information, but still waiting for the mail.

The app does what it does well, but support for tracking notifications (through Windows rather than email/text) and a live tile would make it perfect.

I've never had such a hard time trying to check a package!First you need a whole new set of passwords & names. Then trying to find my address.Hawaii for some reason doesn't work?!

This app does one thing: Connect to your USPS account and allow you to quickly view your Informed Delivery™ and incoming packages. More importantly it does so automatically. No manual entries of Tracking Codes here! If it's addressed to you, you can see an image of the envelope. One downside is that the app doesn't offer push notifications. It does allow you to configure email notifications though.

Nice app

In this day as it seems more and more apps are abandoning The Windows Phone Platform finding a good one is a real joy. This app does ONE thing and does it extremely well. You can ship something by USPS and enter the tracking number and guess what? IT TRACKS YOUR SHIPMENT! Not good enough you say? Someone else ships you something from somewhere else in the postal system. I am not sure of what triggers it but without your input to shows up in your shipment tracking. You can name the shipment to make it easier to keep track of multiple packages. It seems these days that it is not often a government agency gets something right but kudos to the United States Postal Service!

Let's you see mail that's being delivered to you as well as go through history to see what was delivered each day. You can report any mail that is missing. Also automatically tracks packages coming to your address and notifies you of delivery.

Nice to c this for windows finally. Great job. Finally, an app that the others have.

The app looks good but all it does is track deliveries you are getting. I would like to see the ability to schedule package pick up, order supplies etc.

Saved login changes everything.

This application just got 1000% better. It was clear that USPS took the time to implement a few simple, but meaningful changes. I love the new look! It looks and feels just like the application on my Android device (is it the same one?) and it's really convenient to have the ability to save my credentials so I don't have to sign in all the time. Whenever I'm expecting a package, I just open this app and track it. It's my guilty pleasure. Keep up the great work USPS!!

App finally can remember your credentials, so you can log in faster now. Better late than never I suppose. UI could use a little work, especially on Mobile but works pretty good overall. I love the live tile.

Will not accept my login info so can't even sign in to use it! Worthless..........

It scales improperly, as someone else noted, for windows mobile. A native app would be preferable to this web wrapper.

avatar

16 February 2017

While this latest update brings a welcomed refresh which looks great on the desktop app, it is still useless on W10 mobile. Scaling issues make everything unreadable natively on phone or in continuum mode. Such a handy app, too bad its unusable on mobile.

15 February 2017

Great new re-skin UI and the feature I wanted most - "remember me" that saves me from entering the credentials each time I open the app!

avatar

15 February 2017

Saved logins finally available!

avatar

9 February 2017

I don't like the way it makes me sign in every time. I use LastPass and all my passwords are strong, so this means that I have to go into the LastPass app or browser, search for the password for USPS, and copy/paste it into the app every time I use it. That's far too much work in this day age, just to check the status of my packages.

avatar

7 February 2017

The app will not store log in credentials.

its is just right

i sign in successfully but I click anything on that app but it wont open list on my usps weird that is not working I have to uninstall it

It took me thirty minutes to figure out how to get to a label for one package, where it ended up in the system before I could print it. And this is when I have a previous account! And the SCAN form -- is this only for multiple packages, or do I still have to stand in line at the PO to verify that, yes indeed, I have labeled a package to mail? That seems counter productive. The website took me all over the world before I could find in my sign-in page, then another problem finding where to enter addresses.

the only thing the app does is track packages to your address!!

This app does not view correctly on a Lumia 735. The font is huge.

I'm fine with web apps. I really am. But if you're going to do a web app, at the very least do it using the Hosted Web App APIs provided by Windows. Check out http://aka.ms/hostedwebapp for more.
