Like that I can set up several different accounts and they all link to my budget.

I have been using this app and for the simple home base budgeting I can not complain. At times I do wish I could access it from my phone as well maybe that will come in the future.

Need recurrent transactions. UI needs some modernizing.
9 July 2017
I like the intuitive way the app can be quickly learned. I would like some "hotkeys" to transition from section to section or to move from field to field in a transaction. this would make it easier and quicker to enter new transactions.
8 July 2017
I like the way you can split the expenses show what category they are.
7 July 2017
This app is great for all my budgeting needs.
3 July 2017
Great usability with time, love the summary & trackers. UI & usage tutorial needs more improvement though. All in all, awesome app.

Does more than I expected.

fair home finance program, not as good as original Microsoft money program which is no longer supported by Microsoft so the best available under the circumstances

Need to be able to sync data between PC and Windows Phone app. Also have category groups, such as Utilities to include electric, cable, phone, etc., as subcategories.
29 June 2017
I find this app very beneficial in tracking my financial matters , both personal and business - Easy to maneuver in; and I like the format - Sometimes I will click a page and the app disappears from the screen - Then I have to bring it back up and log in again - Small problem

Was using Ace until I tried this, wish I would of found it sooner, has a good mix of simple and advanced features. Easy to use. Thank you.
24 June 2017
the app does everything I need it to do. it would be nice to have everything in one area instead of going in and out of areas of the app but I am very pleased at what it does and keeps my checkbook up.
20 June 2017
Privacy and security are important to me, so I like that the app provides an option to manually import files instead of connecting to a bank. It's a nice budgeting tool and an easy way to track expenses. I also like that you can export the data into excel. Reports are OK, I'm still discovering which ones work best for our household.

nothing
14 June 2017
Pretty simplistic & easy to use. I couldn't figure out how to share or sync it to my other devices, which significantly lowers its rating for me.
13 June 2017
best app out there to track personal transactions. The multiple account and transfer feature is something I have found very useful
12 June 2017
not password protected
11 June 2017
Easy to use and you can do a lot!
11 June 2017
It is great after you get use to it
11 June 2017
User friendly. Perfect for reconciling church books, and generating simple reports for council meetings. Glad it has the ability to save the data. Actually used that feature once when the computer locked up. I encourage monthly saves. The App works great.

I've used a few different money apps over the last two years trying to find one that I like and that has all of the features that I have been looking for. MoneyPoint is the best that I have used. I especially like the ability to convert to an Excel file. If you are looking for a simple to use yet feature packed app to use as an account register both personal and business, then I would recommend trying MoneyPoint.

This is a useful app that even allows you to password protect it. I use it for my personal finances. Wish it would allow you to have different personalization's like colors, style, etc.
31 May 2017
It would be nice if it could memorize transactions. Many transactions are just repeated over and over.
22 May 2017
I maintain several accounts for multiple people and every app I tried always had to keep all the accounts together which made it a nightmare for reconciliation. I love that I can actually differentiate between profiles. Importing my info from CSV files made it extremely easy to be able to switch over. Thank you!!

Overall a great application, excellent job. Export options are very helpful under the different reports section. For the most part the help screens are useful, sometimes a bit lacking.
The biggest issue I have is the credit sections of the application are misleading.
For example, the “Income & Expense” report lists credit card payments as income with a corresponding expense for card payments (if you happen to have set the categories up that way). Since credit card payments in and of themselves are not income or expenses (the expense is actually a credit card purchase, not the payment of the credit card), it would be helpful if individual categories could be excluded or included in the reports. That way credit card payments could be removed as “Income” or “Expenses”, with just the purchases made on credit cards showing up as expenses. This hold true for other reports as well.

Thanks so much for MoneyPoint. I had been looking for a replacement for Microsoft Money and this is above and beyond. Still learning but the possibilities seem wonderful. Thanks

I never set a budget and this was a bad experience compared to pencil and paper. Technology is suppose to make things easier no?

I have been looking for an alternative for the Microsoft money for my windows rt tablet. This does the best job of all I could find.
