Error 0x803f8001. The game is gone, will not re-download. The stars are for when it was working. Now it is a zero.

for the last 10 days the game will not load correctly so i uninstalled and tried to reinstall keeps getting errors with out fully loading i have submitted several trouble reports still wont load error code 0x803F8001 getting irritated also jigsaw wont load

This is a great update of the classic game, with plenty of extra options and the nice addition of an "Adventure" mode. I do with some things would run a little bit faster, though (particularly the Adventure), that there were more options for the graphics (bring back a "classic" theme!), and that there weren't so many ads. Overall, though, still just as fun as ever!

The app stopped working last week. Support was notified and it still does not work. I pay for annula premium but it re bills me every three months. Microsoft only keeps the records for three months so when you contact them and complain they say no you have not paid. After pay for annual service 4 times in the past 9 months I have stopped paying for premium. It is a rip off.
