I get an error message to upgrade my browser extension, even though this is not in a browser. And I do have the LastPass browser extension installed on Edge, which works mostly.

For those giving a bad review and saying it does not work in the browser are using this version of lastpass wrong. It's not meant to autofill on websites and such. It's being a password manager like any other as the desktop app a place to securely store your passwords whether your online or not.

The old windows design makes finding the (copy password), and other features non intuitive. Please update to the new interface.

This app really lacks the ability to generate new password such as the browser extension and it also needs a much better UI like the my vault option in extension!

LastPass itself is great. And this app is functional, and that's good, but it is currently vastly inferior to the web interface with excessive whitespace and UI design left over from Windows 8's MDL, which is very unfriendly to desktop users. Its UI isn't completely unusable, but it could be much, much better if it was updated to the Windows 10 MDL2, or even better, Fluent Design standards. As it is, I wouldn't recommend this app. Just use the web interface or browser extension (which is available for Chrome, Firefox, & even Edge) instead.

If you use the new form of 2-factor auth in LastPass, you can't even log in to you account in this app. It hasn't been updated in a while.

Application does exactly what it should as a standalone view into your lastpass vault. My only annoyance is that when my 2FA expires and I need to reauthorize the app, I'm always too slow to get the authenticator open on my phone before it times out.

Great service, the app sucks

LastPass is absolutely essential to me on my mobile Android devices, and it works marvelously with cross-platform multiple device support, which is generously provided on the free version. The premium version is also very reasonably priced, and worth buying. I notice that the PC version of the app is less complete, but regardless it still does everything that is needed, and it's absolutely great to have LastPass on PC. I am grateful for the port to Windows from Android, thank you LastPass developers! The one crucial feature I see missing is a secure password generator like on the Android version.

While there are complaints, this Store app does work as intended for the Edge browser. If you need other browser support, go to the Lasspass website and download the universal installer, that works with all the other browsers. This is THE BEST !!

Been using lastpass for many years. Very happy with this app.

It's ok, but this app is very dated and clunky. I would love it if it could get some UWP love with Hello support and maybe include some of the new Authenticator features.

This app limits the ability to use MFAs like Duo Security. Avoid this app until LastPass realizes they need to fix it.

This should be 4 stars - but need to offset the off-kilter reviews made previously.. The design could use some work, but this works exactly the way I want it to. No integration within my browser, just a way to access my passwords and what I have stored in my LastPass account. It does exactly what it is capable of doing. If you want browser integration, get the Edge Extension.

If you have a browser version, you have a better version of this app. This does not work as it should. Sure, you may copy&paste your passwords, but - that's pretty much all. Really, unless this gets a worthwhile update featuring any integration with anything, it's pointless.

I love LastPass and have used all their apps and browser plugins. This has got to be the worst of the bunch. Maybe its made for phones or older Windows 8 paradigm, but this is a down right dog. I'll be sticking to the Chrome extension even though I'd love a standalone app that I can quickly grab my data from.

Can't even type in username and password without an error indicating it cant connect to the internet.

This still has the Windows 8 UI so it looks very outdated and feels clunky to use.

In firefox, I can revert to the 3.0 style. Compact, easy to use. I hate these Screen Bloat apps that think I need an icon for everything. I don't use LastPass to look pretty; I use it to be productive. Edge without LastPass is also useless to me. Please restore the "minimal" nature of LastPass, where it just helps me and doesn't get in my way. This is just awful. Got a version that works well with Windows 10 Creator edition?

I downloaded Lastpass after seeing good 3rd party reviews, since I have installed this I get promotional/advertising emails every 4-5 days. . .coupled with the very unintuitive(and frankly boring) interface, and extremely basic settings, I have found Lastpass to be an annoying software to use, and cannot recommend it. Use a different, more feature rich password manager

Love the having the app, and that it works on my windows phone, but please give it an update! :)

It takes a minute to learn, but once you get the rhythm its a life savor. I also have the paid version locked inside of my phone. In conjunction with the PC app I always have the highest security in untraceable passwords and easy access with my master key. Get it, stop worrying about passwords and get on with life.

This app was designed back in the Windows 8 days and is now neglected. There is an error that pops up every time for me now that says to update my "extension" to refresh sites because this app is apparently incompatible with the new LastPass Multifactor app
