This stopped working I guess because we are using edge on windows 10 now and not internet explorer, hence the "ie" data savings title. But it was a great app! Though the savings were always too minor to even matter unless maybe you're on a 1gb plan or even smaller, which I couldn't imagine.

The data it captures is not at all accurate, so this was a great idea but it doesn't work.
