The app works fine but is on a caveman level compared to the website in regards to searching and filtering. Scrolling from left to right to see all the products is also a little weird being that it is more natural to scroll up and down. A few easy fixes that would move this app into the 4 star category.

I received my Minc Machine and was thrilled to get it, my die cuts (one package) were also cut incorrectly. I called HSN immediately and they gave me the number for American Crafts who manufactures the Minc. I contacted American Crafts,they asked for me to send them a photo of the defective die cuts, which I did and within just a few days they replaced them for me.

I really like the "dashboard" of products I can horizontally scroll through - with the mouse or the touch of my finger. I get a picture of each item, the price (including sale price), and ratings. Terrific visibility for me. Nice work.
