I was using this app for about 1 year, but now it appears not to work in Win 10 Pro. I've uninstalled and re-installed with no luck. Not sure why it would simply stop working. Maybe a recent update.???

I no longer have an HP Scan and Capture icon on my Start screen and don't know how to get it back. After HP Smart was somehow installed automatically on my Windows 10 Surface (which doesn't scan--does nothing when I click scan), I can only launch HP Scan and Capture from within the Store. The Store says it's installed and gives me the option to launch it--and then it works fine. I found the hpscanandcapture.exe through task manager (in some weird folder) and put it on my home screen, but I can't launch it from there. I'm afraid to uninstall and reinstall, as then maybe I won't be able to scan at all.

Looks like there are scanning artifacts now appearing on the screen, you can't even save the file, only share it, needs some more debugging!

This app has been flaky all along, but now it won't stay loaded. Launches splash screen. Menu is available, but then it closes.

I have used this program for a long time and it just recently will not work. Please fix ASAP. I click on the program to open it and it close right away. No customer service support can fix when I call

I want to choose which folder to save my scans. this program features default you to the developers choice. And, you can't find the document you scan. this is very frustrating and NOT User friendly
