HOT Watch lets you make private calls using palm of your hand without the use of a headset and without needing to touch the phone. Control the call using hand gestures or voice commands, receive texts, email, Facebook and other notification right on your wrist. HOT Watch comes with a 6 axis accelerometer and Gyroscope so you can track how many calories you've burned and it's water resistant so you don't have to worry about going out in the rain. The HOT Watch app enables: • Remote control of the watch screen • Watch time synchronization • Favorite contacts selection • Watch firmware updates • Custom watch faces • Locate phone from the watch • Tools configuration (stocks, weather, etc.) • Text messages on watch • E-mail updates on watch * • Calendar updates on watch * • Alarm notifications on watch * • Application toasts on watch * • Facebook updates on watch * • Twitter updates on watch* • Cortana stocks, news and more on watch * Note: Features marked with a * require Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1. If you don't have Update 1 you will be notified on first launch and you can check the settings screen at any time to see if Update 1 has been installed. Please contact your carrier to determine when Update 1 will be available to you. There are a few things to be aware of in this release: Stocks and news will only update every 30 minutes. This is an OS limitation. The Find My Phone feature will not be audible if the phone is set to silent. This is an OS limitation. If the phone is on vibrate, vibration will still occur. Twitter retweet and favorite are not implemented in this release. Skype chat messages are not delivered to the watch. This is a known OS issue that will be fixed in a future release. Stocks can be configured both in-app and through Cortana. Stock updates from Cortana show up in the Cortana tool window. News feeds are configured through Cortana. It’s okay to pair the watch with more than one phone, but both phones should not have Bluetooth on and in range of the watch at the same or notifications may not be delivered as expected. Communications with the watch will stop when the phone battery is low. This is to help conserve power. You can change this behavior by going into system settings - battery saver - usage (pivot) - HOTSmartWatch and checking the box that says "Allow this app to run in the background even when Battery Saver is on".

My setup is the hotwatch curve kickstarter edition with the Lumia 950 on Windows 10 mobile. Everything seems to work, but the app feels outdated. Nice to see a watch and app that work on windows, though (yes, notifications do work)
