An error occurred when getting my zip code Lumia 1020

I was so excited that the app was available on my Windows 10 phone! I downloaded the app from the store. It seems to work great...until...i bring up the scan code for them to scan in the store. I have tried several times and it has never worked. The scan gun beeps and directs the code, but it will not work beyond that.

My wife lives this app, please don't remove.. Thanks
