I like the gym guide it gives me great tips on what to and how to workout the right way with harming your self. What I would love to see is it tailored for woman too because it looking to get toned. If anyone agrees please rate

I like that Gym Guide shows you the muscles that you are targeting and multiple exercises for each of them. I also like the step-by-step video and text to guide you in performing the exercise correctly. I wish it had a template on how to get started with which group of muscles that should be worked with each day of the week; a weekly or monthly plan.
