Just to give my review some context, here is a list of the podcast apps i've tried and uninstalled after months of use: Podcast (native win mobile app), Cast (UWP app for PC, mobile and xbox), Grover podcast (mobile and PC). All of these had their individual faults, and each disappointed in their own way. Gobble, on the other hand, has an intelligent and diligent developer behind it, taking user feedback and applying it to the app in a way that makes it work! What a concept. The result is a podcast app that synchronizes subscriptions between mobile and PC, seemlessly without the use of a third-party synchronization platform. Looks great. Is simple to use, but doesn't sacrifice functionality for simplicity. Small app file size means that you don't have to sacrifice 100+ MB to run a podcast app on your phone (here's lookin at you, Cast), and it works so well on xbox as well, with more bug fixes and UI additions coming. All in all, the perfect UWP app. Thank you CJ!

So far, I am able to find some of the podcasts I want to add, but the player is refusing to play. Unsupported file type. I will be happy to revisit the review if N starts working.

I add some podcasts from catalog part, but it couldn't load and show any item which I added in My subscription Part. Need Update. Useless

I have had problems off and on with Gobble. There were times that the app wouldn't sync with podcasts and the app crashing. The latest major update of the app left me with a user interface that was MORE difficult to use. Then yesterday it wouldn't start. I went to the app store and tried another app, Grover. I have been delighted. It was extremely easy to set up and use. Goodbye Gobble.

If I could rate this as a zero I would. The app installed OK but never downloaded podcasts properly on my Surface 2. I emailed the developer with my comments multiple times. It appeared he wasn't that interested in correcting the issue so I asked for my money back to which he hasn't responded or followed up. I've uninstalled the app and have concluded that it was a waste of time and money.

Update 10/15/14 I start the app and find that I got feeds that I never subscribed to. Slow to startup, takes about 10-15 seconds to start. But that's on a Nokia Lumia 520, which only has 512 Mb of ram. So that's the phone, not the app. I have this app on my windows rt, and this doesn't know which podcast were watched on the other device. Cannot hide viewed episodes. Cannot unsubscribe. The controls aren't good. Now way to move for a little at a time like 30 secs. Update 10/30/15 Installed on Lumia 640. Cannot export feeds form desktop app, so I can import the in here. The developer told me last year the they where going to make an export feature. A year later, I'm still waiting.

Tried to add a feed, didn't succeed, the app closes by itself and returns to main screen.
