FritzBox Visual Voicemail
FritzBox Visual Voicemail retrieves voicemail messages on the Fritzbox answering machine, and displays them neatly grouped by Voicebox.
Included functions are:
- Header informing you about recordings today and not listened to recordings
- voicemail details including caller name lookup from Fritzbox phonebook
- voicemail playback in app
- voicemail WAV can be stored for the records
- voicemail messages can be deleted
- Incoming, outgoing and missed calls can be displayed (check Settings Charm)
- Auto updating live tile / lock screen tile informing you about
o voicemail messages today
o not listened to voicemail messages
Quick Setup:
- Open settings charm in App, set your fritzbox login (admin), password and network name (fritzbox), and that's it.
Setup note:
No account or anything is needed for this. The App does require you to enter the following home network router / FritzBox details. Default values in brackets:
- IP-Address or name to access Fritzbox Administration Web interface (http://fritz.box)
- Username used to log in to Fritzbox Administration Web interface at http://fritz.box (admin)
-Password used to log in to Fritzbox Administration Web interface at http://fritz.box
Note:
This application REQUIRES A FRITZBOX (like model) 7390 or similar) to be accessible on your home network.

This Fritzbox gateway can (by default) be reached at http://fritz.box, which will open the web admin panel of the Fritzbox internet gateway. If testing or using this app without a FritzBox, the URL http://fritz.box will NOT be accessible, and indicates that you either have no Fritzbox available, or it is reconfigured to point to a different address. In that case, ask your network administrator (if your internet gateway is a FritzBox, and if so, which URL it is accessible under).

Got error message re: No visual voicemail, consulted service provider, advised to install app. Installed this app. Still receiving error message. This app least evasive of other options. Would have been nice if it solved error message issue.
